Shipping Policy
At The Nissi Movement, each item is handmade with prayer and care. Because every order is created as it comes in, our processing times may vary. In general, most orders ship within 3 weeks from the date the order is placed. During busier seasons or times of higher demand, processing may take closer to 4 weeks.
We always strive to keep you updated and to deliver your items as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for postal delays once the item has been handed over to the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly accept an exchange within 7 days of receipt.* To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us by email at: Connect@TheNissiMovement.org within 7 days of delivery so we can walk you through the process. Once your return is approved, you may exchange the item for another.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation. All cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 3% processing fee. This fee is charged to us even in the case of cancellation, so it applies to all orders.
Our goal is always to make sure you feel blessed by your purchase and confident in your experience with us.
